UKNIGHTED LACROSSE CLUB
Building the future and honoring the blue knight tradition
the 2026 alumni game
THE TRADITION CONTINUES: THE BLUE KNIGHTS ALUMNI GAME
Founded in 2023, the Blue Knights Alumni Game has quickly become a cornerstone tradition for our lacrosse community. What started as a simple reunion has grown into a powerful annual celebration of our history, our culture, and our future.
The UKnighted Lacrosse Club—proudly led by Coach Kennedy and Coach McDowell—is honored to host this year’s game. UKnighted LC serves as the vital bridge connecting the next generation of players with the legends who built the foundation of this program. By bringing together past, present, and future Blue Knights under one banner, we are ensuring that the bond of our lacrosse family stays strong long after graduation.
Whether you graduated in 2026 or decades ago, it is time to dust off your stick, slide back into the armor, and take the field at Fontana once again. Come help us defend the house, mentor the current high school squad, and keep this incredible tradition growing for years to come.
We will be playing two separate games on Friday, November 27th. First, we will play a few quarters of Alumni vs. Alumni (Odd graduation years vs. Even graduation years). Then, for those alumni who want to continue playing, they will take their talents up against our current high school Blue Knight squad!
The cost to participate is $30 per player, which directly covers the expenses required to run this event, including facility insurance for Fontana, pinnies, and referee costs. If you are coming out just to support, you can make a standalone donation through the website. Registered players also have the option to add an additional donation to their entry fee during check-out. All donations go directly to the SHS Blue Knights Boys Booster Club. Refreshments will also be available for purchase, courtesy of the booster club.
We hope to make this an annual, family-friendly event that brings our lacrosse families together, giving old and new friends alike a chance to reconnect and share their love for Southington Lacrosse! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Coach Kennedy or Coach McDowell. Our contact information can be found in the "About Us" section of our website.
Once a Blue Knight, Always a Blue Knight. We are all UKnighted!
